I did not read this anywhere yet but I assume that Phillips informed Marlow of Files' motel and room number in Dallas on event week? James Files was apparently very surprised when he showed up at his motel room on the Saturday after and wanted to have James ditch the ''Tippit'' weapon. Any ideas on ...
