MISSED SHOTS?
It seems that there was another bullet that missed JFK's limo and hit the south side of Elm Street at the location of a manhole cover. This is not the same bullet, or bullet fragment, that hit James Tague because James Tague was standing on the street by the triple underpass. In the picture I posted...
