Hello Dan,I have come up with a question that I believe you would have the answer to since you have purportedly stated you have attorney status. ....Here goes; can you tell us about the meaning of, reason for, and disposition of 'sealed records'? And also Dan, under what circumstances can they be 'unsealed' and revealed for further future public scrutiny?
