I will never understand how someone can honestly say 21 is too young for a hitman when we suit up and put rifles into high school kids at the age of 16-18. From a distance of less than 60 yards a 10 year old could have likely made that shot. Age is irrelevant, its about the task at hand rather than the players and how young or old they were at the time. Boom, he got him - at the age of 21.

For the most part the language and behavior in this forum is very good. From time to time, the passion seeps out and more colorful words are used. I have done it myself to express my disgust with the subject matter being discussed at the time. Your opinion about Files is fine, some of us believe otherwise, but we all have the right to say what we want, and in the way we want to utter it. Wim and others moderate this forum as they see fit. Bottom line, I appreciate your membership to the forum, even if we may have some disagreements about Files and other things. But the language in the forum once in awhile is like that in a locker room or a baracks. I know I just don't use that type of language for the hell...er..heck of it.

Thank you Bob,i think i jumped a bit at first, too hastily i think, and i apologise to everyone for that. Wim as done a great job with this site and forum, ive heard a lot of confessions over the years and so im sceptical, hopefully we can get some official action on this case, like maybe a special prosecutor. Who can investigate Files's claims and others, and who can serve summons on people and who can realease ALL the files on this case. He could start with a full and new accoustics test.

Frenchy, thank you very much for the link to the photo. But I meant the corner at the triple overpass. Of course I don't believe that anybody shot from the stormdrain, because of wrong angle to the headshot(s)-trajectory by the way. Klick to the Radermacher-section on jfkmurdersolved and look to the map of Rademacher for "manhole sewer". Frenchy wrote: I personally dont believe the James Files story, i think he was too young for a hitman, would anyone use someone that young...for such a big hit. I think Bowers was talking about the men on the stairs. It's hard for me to believe, that somebody still can believe, that Files' could have lied all this so convincingly and with so much instant knowledge for details! But that is your opinion and I respect it and I admit that I see some omissions and parts in his confessions, which protected somebody or were learned from Joe West, Bob Vernon, Pamela Ray or others. Don't you think at least, that only somebody who was really involved somehow and probably watched the shooter(s), could tell this report so convincingly? The other argument that Files would have been too young is not that convincing to me, because hitmen start their carriers early, Files had shot the murder of his sister at the age of 16 already, was trained to shoot in the army one year later and specialist for headshots in the war in Laos not much later again. And while you are very young you are horny and stupid enough to label shooting at a president as "courageous deed" and "loyalty proof to boss" only. Chris

Poo poo! Sorry, I just HAD to! Interestingly, there is, I believe, a man who gave testimony to the Warren Commission...I THINK...who said that he saw Oswald with a teenager at a shooting range or something like that.I have to look it up, or one of you can clarify it for me if you know the details.

Yes there were reports both that Oswald was seen with a young guy at a shooting range and that Oswald himself was seen at ranges earlier in the month shooting but also shooting at other peoples targets which would make people remember. This was the other oswald, either Harvey or Lee but I cant remember the exact scenario. I'll try and sit down this weekend and pull up the specifics but there were two Oswalds in this mix. The photos of Lee Harvey Oswald dont lie - there were two different guys living part of the same lives.
