Everyone is allowed an opinion here, but let's not get personal, whether it's about an opinion or a nationality. I love this forum, as it is TRULY international, from people in the U.S., and in Europe, from down under or where ever. ALL are welcome. Let's keep this in mind as we move forward.

By the way, thank God for the British after JFK was killed. It was then when the British music invasion happened, and we saw the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Animals, the Kinks etc. Don't get me wrong, there were great bands in America, but the British invasion made ALL music that much better. Here was the Ed Sullivan Show a few months after the JFK murder (February 9th and 16th, 1964)...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=trZMSwHs ... LeglsThose British lads are STILL my all-time favorites in terms of music.

My older sister and I watched the Beatles then as well. My dad called them "mop tops". Of course, my dad had a crew cut then. Ironically, today my dad is a big Beatles fan. That's saying a lot, as my dad is a former jazz musician. But GREAT music is GREAT music, no matter what genre it falls in.

Hi to all, this is my first post, after lurking as a guest and reading through the massive amount of info on this site for the last three months or so. I hail from England, and have had an interest in JFK since Stones film in 91, but since i found this site courtesy of JFK2 and Alex Jones, my eyes have been opened .
