everybody needs to think decker told the dpd that somebody needs to take control of the assanation cause he was not going to do it so in order to keep out of the situation he would have to get rid of oswald remember oswald was being transfered to dallas county jail deckers jail so how do you fix that get someone you know to dispose of him if you look at the pictures of oswald getting shot the officer on his right is holding his pants to keep him in the line of fire they dident even try to stop ruby until after oswald was shotoswald tried to move but couldent

joe i was makeing a point about decker if you look at the officer in oswals right he is leaning out of the way and at the same time holding oswalds pants so he cant move like he was tring to do
