Yes, you are correct, he will never be elected. Yes, it would be a super deal if elected, but he is doing something much more powerful than that. I recall back when Bill Clinton was first elected one of his aides said something like "We're going to re-open the JFK murder investigation".
About 3 days later the first of Bill's little extra-marital scandals magically emerged in the media.
It kind of went quiet on the JFK investigation idea after then.
