I still like Miller Lite, but the popular beer around these here parts is Leinenkugel...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvDLRqqRPHIIt's pretty good. Goes great with brats on the grill and a couple of ears of corn. Although I'd certainly be happy to host a party for Joe up here, the big party in these parts is the 92nd PGA Championship at Whistling Straits, which is about 15-20 minutes north I where I live, right on Lake Michigan.http://www.pga.com/pgachampionship/2010/index.cfmI was there on Wednesday for the practice round, and I'll be back on Sunday. Plus, the Packers open up their pre-season at Lambeau Field on Saturday night. Bottom line, this has been a great time be in the area I reside in right now. Joe's birthday was the exclamation point on all this activity. I hoisted more than a couple in your honor yesterday Joe. That will continue through this weekend to be sure.

What a BEAUTIFUL course. Breathtaking actually. By the way, I continued my toast to Joe through the weekend. My elbow is actually a little sore. But what was ironic, especially since Chris made the last post, was that a German golfer (Martin Kaymer) won the tournament. Whistling Straits looks like an Irish course, right near the water (Lake Michigan). The course also has upwards to 1,000 bunkers on it. Sand is everywhere. The course is also in Wisconsin. Therefore, Kaymer had the German connection to the Badger state and it was very apropos that he won. It was all about beer, bratwurst and bunkers. http://www.jsonline.com/sports/golf/100725954.html
