JDB4JFK I am fairly sure from our study there was never any letter written from George de Mohrenschild to the HSCA.The HSCA first became extremely interested in George de Mohrenschildt on Feb.11,1977 after Willem Oltmans contacted Deputy Chief Council Robert Tanenbaum with information concerning de Mohrenschildt's self confessed involvement in John Kennedy's murder.A second call was made to Robert Tanenbaum on March 8,1977 .This second call was crucial and Oltmans knew it .In the call Oltmans tells of his and de Mohrenschildt's trip to The Netherlands and how De Mohrenschildt was set to sign a book publishing deal with Strengholt Publishing Company revealing his involvement in the conspiracy behind the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. And the day before he was to sign the book deal he disappeared into thin air in Brussels Belgium after a short meeting with former head of the Russian KGB in The Netherlands First Secretary Vladimir Kuznyetsov . Fearing for De Mohrenschildts safety and the possibility that he had met with some form of foul play Oltmans lays out all he knows concerning George De Mohrenschildt.(What should be remembered here is that Willem Oltmans was reporting to the HSCA of his findings concerning President Kennedy's assassination well before George de Mohrenschildt was dead) Listening intently Tanebaum for a brief moment was almost speechless. The bomb shell that had just been dropped by Willem Oltmans had the potential to change history and could very well be the smoking gun that America and the world had waited on for so long and Robert Tanenbaum knew it. Instructing Oltmans to make arrangements to be ready to appear before the House Select Committee on Assassinations at the soonest possible date and to bring along any and all documents,letters ,photos,recorded conversations,films any and everything that he possessed concerning George De Mohrenschildt.A date was set to appear for Friday March 15, 1977 at 10 a.m in room 2318 of the Sam Rayburn House Office Building in Washington D.C.While preparing for his appearance before the House Select Committee while still in The Netherlands Oltmans receives a call from the American Embassy in De Hagg with word that George De Mohrenschildt was located in the United States. Later Oltmans would find that George had stayed in Europe for ten days at an undisclosed location before flying back to the United States.In the end George de Mohrenschildt knew it was all over he feared this day would finally come.All those years ago he had hood winked the Warren Commission and walked away ..He had ducked and dodged for years always two steps ahead always in the shadows as he had through out his long Intelligence career.He deeply feared being jailed.He begged Willem Oltmans before fleeing in Brussels Belgium to help him figure a way to tell the truth but not be prosecuted and imprisoned. I personally feel that meeting arranged by Oltmans with the Russian First Secretary Vladimir Kuznyetsov was a last ditch effort to save de Mohrenschildt.He was to be paid from Strengholt Publishing Company and once the funds were secured he hoped to be slipped out of Belgium at the side of the Russian First Secretary to safety behind the iron curtain.When the Russian refused help de Mohrenschildt fled on foot and was dead within only weeks.

Barry Krusch just a nice job proving that Bill O'Lielly is nothing but a sell-out. How many lies can Bullshitting Bill get caught in telling, before the sheeple realize he is just a tool for the dark side which continues to hide the truth about the JFK assassination. Most of us here in our forum know this, but to most of the viewers of FOX News, he is the voice of "truth" when he utters his bombastic claims. Bill was once a pretty good journalist, but once he found his fame and fortune, any journalistic integrity he once had went out the window.
