Congrats Tom, both for your son's accomplishments and your first grandchild . The kid is ripped man. It's great that your son's body building came without steroids. I've seen many guys pay a big price later in life after roid use. Congrats again my friend!

thanks bob. my sons are both athletic. i used to get up at 6am every motning and choke down chalky protein drinks and go work out. i did cardio in the evenings. the high was better than sex. i miss both now...LOLtomand thanks ken too!
