There are tens of thousands of hosting companies. Hosting companies
host their clients’ websites and hosting companies are not libel
through terms and conditions agreements for the content of the
websites they service. So if you have a problem with a website take
it up with the owners of the site and not the company hosting it.
It’s the website owner who has control of what they put on their site.

All this to make Wim afraid to file a law suit to get the money back that you swindled out of his pockets

I emailed him back to put his agreement where the sun doesn't shine.
