Badda bing, Badda boom

Post by Phil Dragoo »

Bob, I like your Nicoletti-Files, one-two, back-front--it meshes with the gross movement we see in Zapruder.Which Horne showed was altered--first with many tedious pages of technical anomalies, then with the dramatic revelation of the Events I & II at NPIC, Brugioni Saturday, McMahon Sunday. The "wound" in Zapruder is painted on and more closely resembles a comic strip bubble gum malfunction than a ballistic head shot. The Lincoln windshield was standard not special and opinions differ as to whether it was holed. Gilbride just posted on Lancer a flechette of nylon showing up on x-rays. That he places as a first hit, behind the sign.Perry was certain it was a wound of entry. It took the Secret Service schmuck calling all night to make Perry back off.The trach closed and the wound was pristine--it was only made a "nasty gash" by some accessory on a fishing exposition removing evidence.Regarding the progress toward solving the case--take heart: it's solved. It was a coup d'etat by elements of CIA, Pentagon, FBI, Secret Service, Johnson, Hoover et al.I'm dead serious. One has only to follow along from Prouty to Douglass to Horne; add the self-interest of the wicked, unscrupulous Johnson and Hoover, understand the visceral loathing of all involved in the Bay of Pigs, the white-hot fever of the Cold Warriors to know that the 35th president was living on borrowed time as the 64 election approached. We know more at every turning, new releases, new research, new syntheses. Wim and the guys here have brought Files into the light. I think Joe is going to understand where everyone went between the Texas School Book Depository and the Texas Theater. And to watch Thom and Bob pushing the casket back and forth is great fun in the manner of John Beluchi and the classic Animal House food fight.Seriously, be of good cheer, for the large picture is crystal clear, while the quibbles are over a few hash marks on the sliders up in the booth. One day soon we will costume Bob and Thom as DPD escorting the Three Tramps du Jour: Posner, Bugliosi and Dunkel--oh my.

Thom and I as Dallas policemen? Well...I once was a Criminal Justice major. Thom and I fighting over a casket? Thom can have it, as I still have some living to do. Thom and I in a food fight, ala Belushi? Only if spaghetti is involved. I once was in a beer fight. La Crosse, Wisconsin is called God's country as it is so beautiful. It is also where they brew Old Style beer. Anyway, in college, we decided to go to La Crosse for Octoberfest and a road trip. The weather was great, as it was sunny and around 60 degrees or so. But all around the Octoberfest party area, people were wearing raincoats. I couldn't figure it out. Then the beer fight started. I got drenched. It was a lot of fun though. I drank a lot more beer than was spilled on me. In terms of the JFK assassination being solved Phil, I would say you are very close with your assertion.
