Re: Woodstock
Here is a tune that CSN&Y did at Woodstock, but this version has David Gilmour of Pink Floyd fame with Grahm Nash and David Crosby... (superb version, even without Stephen Stills)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-Y0SMitMpk

Re: Woodstock
I was two years old in 1969 so it was a long way from rural SC to NY, however, in my adult life I have seen The Who, the Grateful Dead with Jerry Garcia, and John Fogerty from CCR from the performers that day. My top three who I have never seen who performed would include Jimi Hendrix, The Band, and CSN&Y.
Re: Woodstock
John...I never saw Hendrix either, although my older sister did. I saw the Band once and have seen variations of CSN&Y several times. The first time I saw CSN&Y was in 1974, when they played a concert with the Beach Boys. What a great concert. I've seen Neil Young more times than anyone in CSN&Y, but I have also seen just CS&N alone as well a few times. I also saw the Stills/Young band. However, without a doubt the band I would have like to have seen the most were the Beatles. My sister saw them, and I went with her to the hotel they were staying in, but alas, I never saw them play live. Here are a couple of my favorite tidbits of early CSN&Y...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jxs0ybn ... re=related
