Not absolutely sure this means there is a discrepancy; Files claims to have arrived in Dallas several days before the assassination, meaning Nicoletti could have then left for Arizona and then returned with Holt.I'm not taking a position on this, just offering a possible explanation.

Nicoletti has Files drives weapons to Dallas from Illinois.Nicoletti drives to Dallas from Grace Ranch Arizona with Holt. Files said he stayed at the Lampligher hotel in Mesquite.Maybe what Files "means" when he drove to Dallas with Nicoletti is that he drove with Nicoletti from Mesquite and they drove to downtown Dallas. Just isn't clear when he says point blank: I drove to Dallas with Nicoletti.

Just curious. He is confessing to the murder of John F Kennedy. Why isn't that admissable in court? Why isn't he being charged with murdering JFK or at least conspiracy to murder JFK?No statute on homicide.

he is not charged because the case is officially closed and oswald is listed as a lone assassin.

But he confessesed. That should be enough to re-open a case, and LHO was never afforded his due process. Files also states that he killed the President of the United States, but doesn't want to talk about his other kills. Yes, I know he said he was just doing the interview for the JFK thing, but then says that he doesnt care what they do to him. So, why not tell all? If you don't care, right?Any thoughts to the Private Detective who placed Files in Chicago? Also, if Nicolette and Roselli met with gruesome deaths; why didn't Files? I would think if the mob wanted you gone; your gone.

Oswald was never convicted, obviously, so how can the case be closed? If I'm not mistaken, a dead man can be tried for murder, can't he? If I'm right about that, and the government chose never to try Oswald, then I'm thinking the case can't be officially closed- just closed for all intents and purposes. But I admit I am on very shaky ground on all of this. Enlighten me please.
