I assumethis picture was taken at TSBD.the guy looking up has the build and look of Ruby.

Great JOB Frenchy. That photo does bare a strong resemblance to Ruby.

One thing I noticed is that when Ruby wore a suit it is buttoned. Now the picture that Frenchy showed, it appears the suit is un buttoned. Here's a picture of Ruby and his sister:

Looks like a two button jacket, that was a fad in the 60'sThe one in the pic with sister is a 3 button.
