I wouldn't be surprised if it did. Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory episode on HAARP was an awakening for me. Folks if you have not seen it, you need to check it out. Just scroll down the blog that Bob posted.

I strongly suspect it did. The same idiots & they're grandsons have been doing this kinda crap since the 60's and they're no better off than they were since Eisenhower, in fact they're far worse off. Karma.
