Actually Ft. Worth.Boxes of illegally dumped trash under a bridge in Ft. American cars need too much gas anyway. A "culture" which nails itself down to so much waste of ressources, garbage production and eternal growth ideology is doomed anyway, too. Mike,I did say "it seems ". If you magnify the photo, you will see that the window on the third floor by the fire escape shows what appears to be someone there, unlike the ones below it. This window, by the fire escape, would be a great position from which to shoot, rather than an conspicuous window as the ones to the side of it.
