When did Ruth Paine first come into the life of the Oswalds, and under what circumstances?

If I recall correctly they met after Marina came to the states and the Oswald's attended a Russian event with other Russians and Russian speaking people in Dallas.Purported a club of Russian Speaking people.AS we know Ruth Paine picked up Marina in New Orleans, After a whirlwind tour of the North East ,Ohio and Indiana Quaker communities, that Marina and her child wold come live with Paine in Irving. Conveniently Michael Paine moved out of the House in order for Marina to move in.It is also reported that Ruth was a pen pal with one of Oswald's lady friends in Russia.

One of the more disturbing things about Ruth Paine was her reaction to Oswald's murder. She was interviewed by a journalist for Redbook magazine in the summer of 1964. She told the journalist that she was glad that Ruby shot Oswald. Plus she was glad that Oswald was dead. The journalist was appalled that Ruth would say such a thing since Ruth was supposedly a very religious person in the Quaker religion.

According to James Douglass's great book, "JFK and the Unspeakable", LHO was introduced to the Russian community in Dallas by Georges de Mohrenschildt, who did this on this invitation of one of his C.I.A. contacts, J.Walton Moore. De Mohrenschildt who, as it happened, had grown up in Minsk, the place that LHO ended up when he was a defector to the U.S.S.R., is alleged to have said in his final interview-"I would never have contacted Oswald in a million years if Moore((The Dallas C.I.A. Domestic Contacts Service Chief)had not sanctioned it. Too much was at stake"
