How can I stop the spammers?

How can I stop these avertising spammers from registering. I am deleting at least 3 of these clowns on average per day.
Look at the last entries on the memberlist.

the problem with them is they want to advice their web site....
removing the Web site when one is registered should solve a great part of the problem i think

MOD is for modification
the program will block those which try to be recorded by script.... It will not be able to prevent those which is recorded in a normal way.

Okay, but how do I install this MOD?

that seems to work.... a new user of the name of upmoteen98 was registered.... not pub for its probable Web site...
