Whitey Bulger and MK Ultra

Not exactly relevant to JFK but who knows???I was surprised to discover that Whitey Bulger has been said to have been part of the early MK Ultra program.The Bulger case is a big one for people from Tulsa because of the assassination of Roger Wheeler.IMO Bulger who was on the FBI top ten wanted list for along time was probably someone who the FBI put into the Witness Protection program to protect the FBI likely...what changed? Any comments?
