Yes this is another aspect of the case that is often overlooked. Once you study Oswald and all the people he hung out with, the David Ferrie's of the world, why would he need to order a cheap POS mail order gun when he could have just gotten a real good rifle from his friends. He could have walked in any sports store in Texas, give a phony name, and walk out with a real snipper's weapon. Also, how did he sneak a gun into the Paine's house without them knowing it??? The whole story is just a fairy tail wrapped up in a cloud of dust!!!
