ARMED ROBBERY, ARSON, BANK ROBBERIES, DRUNK DRIVING, GANG CRIMES, HEINOUS CRIMES, MASS MURDERS, MUTILATIONS, MULTIPLE MURDERS, MURDER, RAPE and GANG RAPE, TERRORISM, etc., WILL NO LONGER BE CRIMINAL OFFENSES. THEY WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS MENTAL ISSUES, and INNOCENCE BY REASON OF INSANITY and/or MENTAL DEFECT ISIMPLIED and INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE, WITH IMMEDIATE FREE LEGAL, MEDICAL, MENTAL and RESIDENTIAL ASISTANCE, etc., AS IS NEEDED.* Also, Complete Removal of The Felony Murder Rule.
