Pls. elaborate about the background.
Just recently been studying the CIA-drugs case/crack epidemy of the 80s,
very similar results to your document.
Great audio interviews with the late Gary Webb and the other reporter from AP, Newsweek who broke the Iran-contra story and then pressed CIA to confirm how they protected their drug cartel pals to supply Contras with money/guns in exchange:
Plus great additional interview from 80s as Amy interviewed Poppy Bush about his "drug career" for the Agency/vice/presidency:

What's not so funny is this same CIA-DEA-NARCO underground network was part on the 9/11 plot as well, i.e. the Atta cell in central Florida aka the Hopsicker story..
