Dear Mr. Wim Dankbaar, and Fellow JFK Forum Members,

FOR THE RECORD:

Dallas Patrolman J. D. Tippit's shooter has recently died.

Tippit was not killed by Lee Harvey Oswald as was/is claimed by the U.S. Government, the U.S. News Media, and last but not least, The Warren Commission Report.

The shooter was in route to meet, and kill Lee Harvey Oswald at the Texas Theatre where Oswald had been directed to go by his CIA handler,
David Atlee Phillips, who was also James E. Sutton's CIA handler.

David Atlee Phillips, Sam Giancana, and Charles Nicoletti all probably had some knowledge, which can not be quantified at this point in time.

At his request, prior to his death, to protect his wife, and family, he has requested that his name never be released.

Respectfully,
Bruce Patrick Brychek.

Couple of questions for anybody (but not for Bruce who cannot violate any confidences):How did Tippit's killer find out where Jimmy's motel room was? Obviously he learned this from Phillips. Why would Phillips give this info to Tippit's killer?Phillips would have realized that if Tippit's killer & Jimmy had a rendezvous anywhere, that, then, if they were caught the tie ins & tie backs would have blown the assassination cover up sky high. So Phillips would never have given Tippit's killer Jimmy's location unless Phillips had a reason or purpose to do so. What reason? Also, Tippet's killer would have avoided Jimmy like the plague just because by going to Jimmy he would be increasing his chance of getting caught astronomically. So what was Tippit's killer doing? Did he also have a reason & a purpose to go to Jimmy's location? What? Answer. Tippit's killer tried to give Jimmy the revolver he had used to kill Tippit! What?! Why?? That would be like handing Jimmy a red hot poker at the hot end, because the gun would then have Jimmy's finger prints on it & Jimmy would have powder residue from the murder weapon on his hand. For all they knew the police could have knocked on the motel room door at any minute. So why was Tippit's killer there giving Jimmy the gun?Could it have been that Phillips, the ever careful spy master (!), was sending Tippit's killer on a mission? Mission: TO FRAME JIMMY AND SIMULTANEOUSLY TO COVER TIPPIT'S KILLER.Tippit's killer would have bought into Phillip's scheme 100% just because it would get him off the hook, big time! It would have tied up all loose ends nicely by concentrating all the blame on Jimmy, if Jimmy was killed himself. If Jimmy was caught alive, then perfect deniability is obtained! Jimmy, the patsy number 2, fall guy number 2.

Will James Files now release the name?

Does the request by Tippit's alleged shooter, that his name never be released, mean that James Files will never reveal the shooter's name? I thought that Files was willing to release the name, after the person died.

Is the family of Tippit's killer willing to consider the Federal Witness Protection Program?

07.02.2007Dear JFK Murder Solved Forum Members and Readers:The Raven's family will not consider The Federal Witness Protection Program.I also strongly doubt that Judyth Vary Baker would either, as she has been hiding in more foreign countries since Lee Harvey Oswald's "assassination" than I can count.Judy, care to respond ?I don't blame you if you don't.Any additional analyses, interviews, investigations, readings, research, studies, thoughts, or writings on any aspect of this Subject Matter ?Bear in mind that we are trying to attract and educate a Whole New Generation ofJFK Researchers who may not be as well versed as you.Comments ?Respectfully,BB.

Murder weapon that was used to kill Tippit

I fully understand why the family members of Tippit's assassin want to remain anonymous.

However, I have a few questions, and I hope to hear some responses to them.

1. Does the murder weapon that was used to kill Tippit still exist? (The one that the shooter attempted to give James Files).

2. If the weapon still exists, is the person who has custody of the weapon willing to send it anonymously to Zack Shelton, or someone else who shares Zack's level of credibility, in order for the weapon to be test fired, and the recovered bullets compared with the slugs allegedly taken from Tippit's body?

3. Is there any other evidence that the shooter's family has, that could prove that LHO did not kill Tippit, that could be sent anonymously to Zack?

07.10.2007Dear JFK Murder Solved Forum Members and Readers:The Raven's assignment was to kill Lee Harvey Oswald. The Raven was accidentally stopped by Officer Tippit. The Raven was never assigned to kill Officer Tippit. Officer Tippit was at the wrong place, at the wrong time.Any additional analyses, interviews, investigations, readings, research, studies, thoughts,or writings on any aspect of this Subject Matter ?Bear In mind that we are trying to attract and educate a Whole New Generation of JFKResearchers who may not be as well versed as you.Comments ?Respectfully,BB.
