I see where his cancer has reappeared. If it becomes terminal wonder if he will have any confessions to make? Is he the last key person alive from the Warren Commission?

Specter is an enigma. I don't expect any confession, as to his role in the Warren Commission (magic bullet theory). Specter makes a lot of noise in the Senate, and gets a lot of headlines, and he appears to be one who will cross over to the other side of the aisle, but when the rubber meets the road, he crawls under a rock.

i saw arlen on the bill maher show last week peddling his book. he was actually pretty funny and took maher's ribbing quite well for an old coot. maher made a comment that it was too bad that bush never asked him to be vice president because the ticket would say:
bush & spector

i though that was pretty funny. arlen was just a young punk kid trying to play with the big boys and get a leg up. he just sold his soul for the WC.
