There are those among us, who wish, plot and plan, for the elimination of over 25-30% of the world's populations, so that the earth may sustain itself thru the use of natural selection procedures, diseases, hunger, war, civil riots, inclement weather disruptions that can and are being tested at 4-5 locations under the HAARP weather program. It is believed by some scientists, that these large facilities pointedskyward, shoot electronic 7 microwave beams into the atmosphere thus changing weather patterns, causing hurricanes, typhoons, earthquakes large and small, large scale worldwide flooding, crop failures.
