The US Constitution needs even far more amendments, which would revolve the present plutocracy into a democracy, which give the states real state-rights, which limits maximum private wealth and minimum wages, which guarantees that nobody is living in poverty, which is legalizing drugs, which is putting the prison, military, health, traffic, education, ... system back into the nations hands and lifting it to European standards, which is removing the Jewish banksters and media moguls from the FED and Hollywood and installing an American money and media system, which is allowing each region to defend itself from corporations effectively, which is stopping warmongering abroad, which is allowing the Natives their own Constitution and territory, which is redirecting the money of the superrich to the needing ones, which is investigating the 911 attacks and impeaching the involved ones, ..........

My belief is if you go back and look at the original organic constitution you will find most if not all of your comments would be covered however we have usurped the original document almost from the beginning.
