Clay Shaw not a "CIA agent". He did supply information to the Domestic Contact Service of the CIA, as thousands of international businessmen had. I am not saying Ferrie didn't witness LHO in Shaw's presence.

I think the CIA used people like Clay Shaw & George de Mohrenschildt to fool LHO he was being allowed into a secret society & in they're opinion JFK had to die. A tactic used as old as Fletcher Prouty said "as old as the crucifixion". Barry Seal himself said when asked if he was in Dallas to fly those involved w/ the assassination out "It would have taken a 747 Jumbo Jet to fly all those people out".From 1962 through the spring of 1963, de Mohrenschildt was by far the principal influence on Oswald, the older man who guided every step of his life. De Mohrenschildt had helped Oswald find jobs and apartments, had taken him to meetings and social gatherings, and generally had assisted with the most minute aspects of life for Lee Oswald, his Russian wife, Marina, and their baby. A Russian-born society figure was a friend both of the family of President Kennedy and his assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald. The bottom line is that Clay Shaw worked with and for the CIA at various times. Was he a field agent in the literal sense? Maybe not. But he was an operative. Just like LHO and Jimmy Files were under David Atlee Phillips. Johnny Roselli was also an operative. And let's not forget about all the operatives in the MSM that worked under the CIA in Operation Mockingbird. The bottom line is there was a clear connection and association between Shaw and the CIA. A connection he denied.

Guys this is old news Richard Helms admitted to the HSCA in 1979 that Shaw was CIA! IT'S most intuitively obvious to the most casual observer. The CIA recked Garrisons case because they were worried. Read Ken Murray's post today from Joan Mellen, IT'S REALL GOOD!
