Well in the first document, we see good detail about the company Freeport Sulfur. Previously there has been alot of suspicion about this company, but here, it is spelled-out that it is indeed a CIA front. It has a subsidary - Freeport Nickel fronted by one Clay Shaw (Bertrand) which owns assets in Cuba. Castro confiscates these Cuban assets - Freeport and Clay Shaw (and CIA) are out of pocket to the tune of over $1million (around $8.5 in todays money). JFK orders CIA to close-down anti-castro operations - Freeport-Shaw-CIA will not be getting their money back - how does this make them feel? Evidence also indicates that Shaw is piloted on flights concerning Freeport (CIA) business by a man named David Ferrie.The use of library cards is also interesting, but you have to join the dots up on that yourself!What John Barbour makes clear is that Garrison had considerably more evidence in his posession than he used in the Shaw trial. This was his backstop to use in the perjury trial if Shaw was found not guilty first time around. The Justice Dept. prevented the perjury trial going ahead and Harry Connick Sr. ordering the destruction of these documents was meant to bury the remaining evidence.I think that this is a reasonable start!
