Please have mercy, for in Germany the terminus "Politisches Engagement" is connoted rather positively . Maybe that despite all the cynism the results of actual politics can produce, we won't lose our hope that political engagement by the people into the political class is still possible. Maybe the peoples have no power to control the politicians anymore, cause the politicians are controlled by the banksters and the banksters are controlled by nobody anymore, but both groups can be ridiculized or be thrown by eggs by the people successfully still.
